Learning and Takeaways

Good research drives good design

Integrating research from day one helped PMs and designers empathize with users and make informed decisions rather than just visual updates.

Collaboration through curiosity

Talking with designers, researchers, and PMs across orgs helped me ask sharper questions and design smarter solutions.

Ownership in ambiguity

I learned to define scope, identify high-impact projects, and turn unclear goals into structured, actionable design directions.

Storytelling for alignment

Framing findings through clear stories helped teams connect with pain points, align on priorities, and act on research insights.
